Public Information Request
To be valid, a Freedom of Information request must be submitted in writing. The requst can be in any form that you desire but it must clearly state the specific informaition that you are requesting. Much information is already available on this site; you may wish to reveiw what is available here before submitting your request to see if the information you desire is already publicly available.
Written Form
You may submit a request to any government employee in any written form, including by electronic mail, fax, or letter.
Good to Know
Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing.
Note: There may be a nominal fee for creating copies of the information you are seeking. You will be notified in advance if this is the case for approval, before the copies are made.
