Ameren Illinois has an exclusive franchise to provides both gas and electric service to homes and businesses within the New Windsor village limits. 

For residential serivce call them at 800-755-5000, Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

For business service call them at 800-232-2477, Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
